Serial numbers alone do not verify ownership, model, cover or expiry. Enter details from your FortiCare account. Catalogue matches are candidates for review, not confirmed renewal eligibility.

Open FortiCare portal ↗

Add a device.

Use the model and entitlement shown in FortiCare. Add separate rows when services have different expiry dates.

Serials and dates stay in this open page. Nothing is sent to Fortinet or saved by this planner.

Your devices will appear here. Start with a serial number and exact model above.

Timing reflects the expiry you enter, using today’s date. No expiry is inferred from a serial number. SKU candidates require an exact catalogue model, service and term match. All require eligibility, region and coverage-date checks before ordering.
